Job Opportunities

Equipment Operator

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, Heavy Equipment Operator to join the R&R Team. The role entails the operation of various types of equipment and trucks used to complete the repair and replacement of water, sewer, and storm underground utilities.

Utility Foreman

The role entails being fully responsible for the safety and operations of his pipe crew including effectively using company resources, people, equipment, and materials for the successful completion of the work. Must have extensive knowledge in the Water, Sewer, and Storm utility field as well as experience in managing and operating crews in a dense urban environment.

Pipe Layers

The role entails being the primary crew members responsible for the full and correct assembly of various types of pipes involved with the repair and replacement of water, sewer, and storm underground utilities. Work includes ensuring the trench is property dug and prepared for the installation of the pipe. Conveying or confirming the proper measurements for the pipe are taken and the pipe is properly cut, aligned, and installed with all joints sealed successfully.

General Laborers

The role entails the various tasks associated with the repair and replacement of water, sewer, and storm underground utilities. Work includes job site clean-up, setup and teardown of signs and cones, material organization and other tasks as directed by the Crew Foreman/Leader to assist in the performance of the work.

CDL - Truck Drivers

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating dump trucks that transfer bulk concrete materials in recycling developments, industrial complexes, and construction sites. This job is usually performed throughout an assigned area with specific production goals and objectives.

Traffic Control Manager

The TC Manager is responsible for ensuring traffic control services supplied to our clients are reliable, well trained and provide a safe environment for their team to complete their work. TCO Manager reports to the Director of Operations and/or Area Manager.
