Utility Foreman

R&R Contracting Utilities is seeking experienced utility foremen to lead field crews on water infrastructure, sewer, and underground utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise crews of 5-15 workers on active utility construction sites
  • Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and material needs
  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and utility markings
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
  • Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings
  • Communicate with general contractor superintendents and project managers
  • Track daily production and submit field reports

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in utility or heavy civil construction
  • 2+ years in a foreman or lead role
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Experience with water main, sewer, storm drain, or site work
  • Ability to manage crew productivity and resolve field issues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
