Utility Foreman
R&R Contracting Utilities is seeking experienced utility foremen to lead field crews on water infrastructure, sewer, and underground utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise crews of 5-15 workers on active utility construction sites
- Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and material needs
- Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and utility markings
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings
- Communicate with general contractor superintendents and project managers
- Track daily production and submit field reports
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in utility or heavy civil construction
- 2+ years in a foreman or lead role
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with water main, sewer, storm drain, or site work
- Ability to manage crew productivity and resolve field issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
