R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc. is a women-owned, minority-certified workforce partner headquartered in Olney, Maryland. Since 1994, R&R has provided field-ready, certified crews to general contractors across the Mid-Atlantic — from sitework and utility construction labor to turnkey traffic control — helping GCs meet diversity participation requirements while keeping projects on schedule. R&R is certified as a WBE, MBE, and DBE across multiple states and agencies, including MDOT, WMATA, DDOT, DelDOT, SWaM, and PennDOT.
