Marcela Giron is a Growth Specialist at R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc. She identifies new opportunities for R&R, makes initial contact with prospective clients, and follows R&R's bids and contract negotiations through to signed work. Once a contract is signed, she onboards the client with the sales team.
She moved into the role from R&R's compliance side, where she tracked minority participation on active projects and worked with clients and operations to close compliance gaps.
Her background is in project and operations management. At IntouchCX, she managed projects across Latin America and led operations teams. She studied project management at ESI School of Management.
