J. Fletcher Creamer & Son for Anne Arundel County
Summary
While J. Fletcher Creamer & Son rehabilitated Anne Arundel County's Cattail Creek sewer force main, wastewater ran through about 17,850 feet of temporary bypass pipe laid along residential streets and Route 2. Creamer's crews watched the bypass during the weekday shift. R&R Contracting watched it overnight on weeknights and around the clock on weekends, and also ran traffic control for the job.
