Jennifer DiPietro founded R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc. in 1994 and has led the company since—more than four decades of work across construction, utility infrastructure, operations, and business management that built R&R into a respected contractor throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

She runs the company end-to-end: strategic planning, contract negotiations, workforce leadership, safety programs, client relations, and project execution. That hands-on style comes from a lifelong background in heavy construction and utility work, beginning in her family’s excavation and utility contracting business.

Under her leadership, R&R has earned certification as a Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise across multiple states and agencies—MDOT, WMATA, DDOT, DelDOT, SWaM, and PennDOT among them. In 2007, she received the Baltimore County Executive Citation, recognizing R&R as Women’s Business Enterprise of the Year.

She continues to lead R&R’s long-term vision and growth, drawing on the operational expertise and industry relationships built over four decades—with the same emphasis on quality, safety, customer service, accountability, and project execution that defined the company from the start.
