Jennifer DiPietro is the Founder and President of R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc., which she established in 1992. Under her leadership, R&R has grown into one of the most trusted minority-certified workforce partners in the Mid-Atlantic region, providing experienced, OSHA-trained labor crews to general contractors across the greater DMV area for utility and heavy construction projects. The company holds WBE, MBE, DBE, and SLBE certifications across five states with over 25 jurisdictional certifications.

With more than 30 years at the helm, Jennifer has built R&R into an organization that maintains a database of over 2,000 qualified workers, deploys approximately 180 crew members at any given time, and processes roughly 900 bids per week. R&R's services span site preparation, water mains, storm drains, sewer construction, tunneling, hydrant installation, and traffic control for local, city, state, and federal government projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. region.

Jennifer was recognized as Baltimore County's Woman-Owned Business Enterprise of the Year for her contributions to the construction industry and her commitment to minority participation in public works projects.
