Richard DiPietro II serves as Vice President of R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc., where he plays a key role in the company's operations and strategic growth. A graduate of the College of William & Mary, Richard brings both business acumen and a competitive drive to his work — having been a standout student-athlete at Sherwood High School in Sandy Spring, Maryland, where he earned 1st Team All-County honors as a defensive back and set the school record with 12 career interceptions before playing college football at William & Mary.

In addition to his role at R&R, Richard founded One Degree Properties in 2021, a Maryland-based real estate investment firm that focuses on value-add properties with an emphasis on self-management and customer service. At One Degree, he oversees underwriting, property acquisitions, and asset management. His dual focus on construction workforce services and real estate investment reflects a broad understanding of the built environment and business development in the Mid-Atlantic region.
